Diluted 5:1 30m²/litre
Diluted 3:1 20m²/litre
Protect from frost and store under dry warehouse conditions at a temperature between 5°C and 30°C.
Approximately 6 months if stored in unopened containers and good storage conditions.
Floor surfaces must be sound, dry and free from contaminants that may prevent adhesion. Concrete and sand/cement screeds must be fully cured. Substrates should be mechanically prepared by bush hammering, grit blasting, steam cleaning etc. to produce a clean exposed aggregate finish, free of all dust, oil, grease, paint, etc.
The temperature of the surface must be maintained above 10°C prior to its application. Under-floor heating must be switched off 48 hours before, during and after application.
Dilute Cemflow Primer with 5 parts water and apply to the whole surface. Repeat using a dilution of 3 parts water to 1 part Cemflow Primer.
Cemflow Primer should be diluted with clean potable water.
Dilute Cemflow Primer should be applied evenly to the prepared surface either by brush, roller or spray method and allowed to dry before application of a floor topping.
Do not place when the substrate temperature is below 10°C or when the ambient temperature is 10°C and falling.
